Default Jeep won't drive!!!

So most of you guys witnessed me blowing the front end up in Oct.

With mucho help from Dave, Mike, and others, I got it rebuilt.

Took it out in the snow in December and it did OK but felt like the clutch was slipping.

Ended up getting to the point where I had no forward or reverse movement.

Thought the t-case has stuck in nuetral, had that happen last year and my linkage was super loose.

Pulled the t-case, swapped the linkage, it shifts real good now, obviously getting into gear.

Fired up the CJ, it grinds going into gear without the clutch.

using the clutch pedal I can drop it into gear smooth but when I let out I get zero movement.

After trying 3 or 4 times, I could hear a extrememly faint whirring sound.

Still no movement.

Anyone have any input? Short of pulling the trans and tcase this weekend to inspect the clutch, I'm at a loss for what to do.

Thanks for any advise.

First we need to create a monthly or yearly dunce award.
Second we need to award it to Blair

Do you think even though it looks like the rails are going into place that something is internally wrong on the t-case?

I for sure thought it was going in after re-installing it this weekend. I do have another case to drop in.....guess I could do that.

Maybe from when I blew the front axle it has something internal? When I had it in 4wd on the floor, I could spin the front yoke and have the rear yoke spin in union. I'm a lost sucka.

Buck, I'm stealing your missus as punishment.

Please don't ask me how fast the Zuk goes with a 6.5 to 1 T-case and 5:13 gears, it doesn't!
